Outcomes & Methodology
Transparency about how we calculate and present program outcomes.
1. Salary Uplift Measurement
Salary uplift compares the most recent pre-program annualized compensation against the first post-program offer accepted within 6 months of graduation. We use the median to reduce impact of outliers. Currency conversions use monthly average RBI reference rates where applicable.
2. Job Guarantee Eligibility
- Completion of 100% mandatory assignments & capstones
- Attendance: ≥85% of live mentor / coaching sessions
- Resume, LinkedIn, portfolio approved by a career mentor
- Minimum 6 quality applications per week logged in tracker
- Participation in at least 3 mock interviews
Refund (if applicable) is processed within 30 days of written request after eligibility check.
3. Project Portfolio Count
The "5+ applications" metric includes: 1 capstone, 2–3 guided projects, and optional extensions or specialization mini-projects. Some projects use anonymized or synthetic datasets to protect confidentiality.
4. Graduate Count
The graduate number aggregates distinct learners who completed a program of minimum 8 weeks duration and passed internal completion criteria since January 2023.
5. Placement Rate
Placement rate is the percentage of job‑seeking graduates who accept a relevant role within 180 days. Exclusions: continuing education, self-employment pursuits, deliberate search delays, or incomplete career tasks.
6. Data Verification & Integrity
- Self-reported data cross-checked with offer letters where provided
- Random audits performed quarterly (≥10% sample)
- Definitions reviewed annually; versioning noted below
